Pesto Parmesan Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup basil pesto, store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese or Italian blend, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, shredded
  • 4 slices good-quality bread, such as sourdough or Italian loaf

Instructions
 

  • To make the toast, combine the pesto, mayonnaise, and cheeses. Heat your oven to broil. Spread liberally onto bread and place onto a baking sheet. Broil for 4-6 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning, until cheese is melty, bubbly, and brown.
