Heat a waffle iron to medium-low heat and spray with cooking spray. Depending on the size of the waffle maker, place 1-4 cinnamon rolls on the iron. My waffle maker holds two. Close the iron and cook waffles for about 2-3 minutes, until they’re golden brown on the outside and no longer doughy in the center. Remove from the iron, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. I like mine just like this, but if you need a little extra sweetness, heat the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls and drizzle it on top of the waffles.
For cinnamon sugar, whisk together sugar and cinnamon, then place in an empty spice shaker.
