Bourbon Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 oz chocolate chips, semisweet or dark
  • 2 tbsp bourbon, or more to taste
  • pinch bourbon smoked salt , or sea salt
  • fruit, such as strawberries, pineapple, bananas, apples
  • crunchy dippables, such as graham crackers, pretzels
  • soft dippables, such as marshmallows, cubed pound cake, or brownie bites

Instructions
 

  • Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan to a simmer. Place the chocolate chips in a fondue pot or heatproof bowl. Pour the cream over the chocolate and whisk to combine. Add the bourbon and a pinch of salt. Use it for dipping fruit or treats of your choosing.
