Little Mac Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 1 oz onion soup packet
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices American cheese, quartered
  • butter, softened, for buns
  • 12 slider buns
  • iceberg lettuce, shredded, for serving

Burger Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp onion, very finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Combine the ground beef with the onion soup packet and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Divide and pat the mixture into 12 small patties, about 2 ounces each. Grill or cook on the stovetop to desired doneness, placing 2 small squares of cheese on each patty to melt at the end. Butter and lightly toast the buns. Spoon sauce onto the buns, then top with a burger patty and some shredded lettuce.
  • For burger sauce, in a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and stir well.
