1/2cupfresh herbs, parsley, dill, basil, or cilantro

1tbspred wine vinegar

salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Mince the garlic in a food processor, then add the sliced green onion and herbs and process again. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
