I’m an accountant who became a television chef, as well as a California girl who became a Kentucky wife and mother. Currently, I host “Meal Time Monday” on the Fox56 Morning News, airing Monday mornings between 7am and 9am.

From 2011-2017, I hosted “The Kentucky Proud Kitchen” on FOX 56 from 2011-2017, which ran statewide. From 2010-2014, I hosted “From the Kitchens Of…” on the Cooking Channel, which ran nationwide.

I’ve also competed and appeared as a guest on various Food Network programs, including “Ultimate Recipe Showdown” with Guy Fieri, “Serious Sweets,” and “Paula’s Party” with Paula Deen. Other fun highlights in my culinary career include winning the National Chicken contest, placing in Sutter Home’s Build-A-Better-Burger, catering the Beijing and Vancouver Olympics, and interning at Holly Hill Inn under the phenomenal Quita Michel.

I love nothing more than sharing food with family and friends, and this is my place to share all the recipes I have developed over the years. Please be patient, as we are importing lots of recipes from my old site that will eventually make it here!
